the staff were friendly. it was an acceptable element of the stay.
I was promised a jacuzzi, but it was out of order. nobody told me this beforehand. the changing area near the pool lacked privacy. The door opened directly into the changing space, it felt a bit exposed

non-functional aircondirty stairwell
The room got excessively hot. An air conditioning unit was present but not functional. I also noted dirty communal stairwell areas which was disappointing. These issues impacted my stay.

I found the apartment very clean. It was a lovely apartment! i especially enjoyed using the hot tub three times . the staff were great and i had no issues whatsoever.
the en-suite lacked proper ventilation. This was the only thing i noticed.

The location is perfect. Aldi is conveniently across the road. the beach is also just around the corner.

The kitchen had everything i could want, including a washer and dryer, a fridge freezer, washing up liquid, and even a tea towel. the spa was magnificent. The pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym were very warm and clean.

the staff were available on the desk 24/7with a great sense of security and support. they were very helpful throughout my entire stay, assisting me with any questions or requests i had.
